Hemangiosarcoma took our last dog Kasey when she was only 6 years old. It was devastating and still brings me to tears 11 years later. MAF even interviewed us and put a story about Kasey's journey on your website. We now have our wonderful boy Bubba who brings us so much joy. We try so hard to keep him happy, healthy and safe. We're proud to support the MAF and the hope you provide us all.

Aub was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma (left anal gland was removed) in July 2023. In June of that year she had a splenectomy and had four masses on the spleen. Biopsy results came back benign, but I ended up losing her Jan. 15, 2024, when we said farewell after an x-ray showed she had tiny masses that spidered throughout her lungs. It is believed by the looks of it that hemangiosarcoma stole her from me as it has so many others. She was 12 y. 4 m. old--but it wasn't long enough. Please find a cure or more successful treatment options. Thank you so much for all you're doing!

One of our Scotties died of lung cancer. It was a terrible experience and one I would not wish on any other dog or its owners.

My sweet kitty, Jak, was healthy his entire life until lymphoma took him from me when he was just a few months shy of 14 years old. Seeing what the cancer did to him, and eventually losing him to it, was heartbreaking, and I hope someday no one will ever have to go through that again.
