We pledge to stop cancer furever because our beautiful cat, Little was taken from us. She lived a good long life, but the cancer just ate her up. It was the first time we had heard of a cat getting breast cancer. For our beautiful sweetheart, Little.

My Danny, Berger Picard, was stolen away from me by hemangiosarcoma. I did not know he was ill until one day he was a bit weak. My vet had no time for me that day so I found a new vet who would see him right away. Following an x-ray she told me his terrible diagnosis. He had an ultrasound, on my birthday, where his diagnosis was confirmed. A few days later, I took him in where my new vet put him to sleep. He was only 8 years old.

My Quincy was not even 7 years old before he was diagnosed with cancer. Days later we had to relieve him of his pain. Far too young! He was beautiful, regal and stubborn and he was my heart dog. I think about him and miss him every day. If we could only stop these cancers that take our beloved dogs so young, the world would be a better place. I love you Quincy and hope to see you again.

I pledge to stop cancer forever

If I had one wish, it would be to stop this dreaded disease forever. We lost Seti to cancer which took him one month after his diagnosis. He survived two other cancers during his lifetime. Seti was my heart dog and best friend. He did more than I ever asked him to do. He did Obedience (OTCH with multiple HITs and HCs), Tracking, Rally (RACH2), Field work, some conformation, and an actor (which both of us thoroughly loved). The MAF has been helping through the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study, which Seti was hero #179.

Three precious & amazing fur babies, lost way too early to cancer. Pets give us their all every day, and they deserve our very best. Together let's fight and BEAT cancer "furever," so that every pet can live a long, healthy life!

I just lost my beautiful Bella to cancer. She was my devoted companion since my wife passed away. Bella was 11 and developed bone cancer which took her from me.

Our pets love us unconditionally. The least we can do is STOP this horrible disease. Our beloved KODA was diagnosed with cancer and crossed the rainbow bridge 3 months later. Nothing could be done. He would have done anything for us. We are heartbroken. We need to find a cure and vaccination for cancer.

Venus meant the world to me and my family. She was my constant companion and lifelong friend, I miss her dearly everyday. She fought bravely against lymphoma but we could not make it when it came back the next year. Our wish is that no life is shortened by this horrible disease. Animals give so much to us let's do whatever we can to help them.

Cancer took the life of our beloved cat, Boudreaux, this year and other feline family members in years past. We hope new treatments and preventative care can help eradicate cancer in our lifetime.

My sweet golden boy lived to 15.5! Cancer free. I know how blessed I was. I want all pet parents to be as lucky!!
