STOP CANCER FUREVER PLEDGE

My one & only girl, our beautiful Goldendoodle, succumbed to her cancer just (2) weeks shy of her 11th birthday. She was gracious, brave and kind until her last breath. I was blessed to be her Mommy and not a day goes by that I don't think about my sweet girl. #curecaninecancer

I lost 2 of my best friends to cancer. Annie had T cell lymphoma but beat it only to get an aggressive mast cell tumor 2 years later. We fought it but in the end it was just too much and i had to let her go. Then my sweet little Hope got osteosarcoma. We fought hard but she started showing me she was tired so i let her go with dignity. Cancer has ravaged my human and canine families. I am fighting for all of us to find a cure.

We lost our Golden to cancer at 15 1/2 yrs old. She was an angel to the end...never complained. Only showed love till the end. We love her and miss her so much. They should not have to suffer this horrible disease.

We make this pledge to honor all our fur buddies lost to cancer, like our gal Bella , and to help contribute to the best health for future generations. Bella was one of the heroes to share her blood, nails and history to the study.

Shadow was 6 years old, Border Collie mix who was abandoned with his siter and Mom on the side of the road. We adopted him at 14 weeks. He had anal gland cancer that went unnoticed despite all the vet visits. By the time it was found it was too late it spread, lymphoma. we had to say goodbye the next morning.

Sayble was a 9yr Black lab, Rottie mix we brought home from the gas station. They were giving away puppies. She was a healthy happy girl all her life even until her last moment. One day she had an eye issue, a week later the other eye, then drop jaw., bloody water bowl Seen specialist at UC Davis, and eye Dr. She had sunken eye syndrome. Lost her sight. Cancer somewhere but all her organs were fine, it was narrowed to the brain. I couldnt afford MRI. Meds helps her for another 18 months. It then spread. She was losing her hearing, slight dementia. We had to say goodbye. It was peaceful.

Aslan deserved to live a long, healthy, beautiful life. Hemangiosarcoma took him from us at six years old. My beautiful boy and the light of my life forever.
